Since November 24, 2023, when ESCO-S was granted the right to implement vocational training/retraining programs by the decision of the Council for Granting the Right to Implement Programs, the company has been authorized to offer training in the specialty of “Installation and Maintenance of Automatically Controlled Hybrid Energy Systems.”
Following this recognition, the company established close cooperation with the Skills Agency of the Ministry of Education of Georgia. As a result, the educational process has been funded for three groups of students (30 students in total). The first cohort of the training/retraining program has been successfully completed, with 10 individuals receiving a professional qualification in installation and obtaining the relevant certificate.
The training process for the second group is nearing completion, and the enrollment of the third cohort is planned for March 2025.
It is noteworthy that a significant portion of graduates have been employed by the country’s leading companies, while several have become self-employed and launched independent businesses in their respective fields.
