These initiatives have focused on promoting the green economy, developing innovative solid biomass stove prototypes, and implementing market-viable energy solutions.
From 2020 to 2023, significant energy efficiency initiatives were carried out, including the rehabilitation of heating systems in public institutions in the Dusheti, Kazbegi, and Keda municipalities.
Additionally, under the commission of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), research was conducted in collaboration with Asia Survey, aimed at developing forestry sector plans for the Adjara region and mapping Georgia’s technological zoning.
The total budget of projects implemented in collaboration with donor organizations exceeds €1.5 million.
